Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Customer service oriented
