We are seeking Night Duty part-time Personal Carers to join our Southern Cross Care QLD family, based at our St Mary's Residential Aged Care Home in Racevew.

Join our team as a Personal Carer and embrace our holistic approach to care, building cherished relationships with our residents based on dignity and respect. As a SCCQ Personal Carer you will be a part of a compassionate and dedicated team providing the highest standard of person-centred care to our residents. In this casual role, you will join a care team where compassion and empathy accompany the delivery of exceptional clinical and personal care to our residents every day.

Under the leadership of the Enrolled and Registered Nurses, you will demonstrate sensitivity and maturity to provide personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, toileting and other support services depending on the individual resident's needs.

What you will bring to the role? You will hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent. Medication Assist Competency (desirable). You will have an understanding of Aged Care and Residents rights and Responsibilities: You are dedicated to caring for older people to live their best lives. You will work well within a team environment and have a friendly approachable manner. Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. You must be flexible with your availability and must be able to work shifts.
