Eternal Disability Care, a NDIS registered service provider, is seeking a talented and dedicated Service Manager to join our team in Tweed heads or Gold Coast. Responsibilities: Oversee the overall operations of our services in the designated region, ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and organizational standards. Lead and manage a team of support staffs, and disability service professionals, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize service delivery and achieve organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, expand our client base, and improve service outcomes.

Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary measures. Ensure adherence to relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Foster a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within the social services sector, preferably in disability services, social work, support coordination, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework and familiarity with relevant policies and procedures.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with individuals with disabilities, families, and external stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Relevant qualifications in social work, disability services, or a related field (desirable).
