Client Liaison Officer, AWX Brisbane. Wacol, Brisbane QLD. Conservation, Parks & Wildlife (Farming, Animals & Conservation). Casual/Vacation. AUD 46.27 per hour.

About the role: AWX is looking for Client Liaison Officers to join The National Fire Ant Eradication Program (NFAEP) through Biosecurity Queensland located in Wacol working on Monday to Friday 38-hour roster with work on weekends as operationally required.

The successful candidate’s role will include but not limited to: Providing quality customer service by responding to enquiries and accurately recording details on relevant databases. Work autonomously on a rotation as both office and outdoor based officer as per operational requirements. Ability to drive long periods on a daily basis. Providing operational and administrative support to ensure the timely delivery of aerial operations. Collate, record, monitor and edit client data using departmental system and applications. Use judgement and problem solving when skills when undertaking allocated tasks.

Essential requirements for this role: High level of computer skills. High level of communication skills. MUST have a current valid driver's licence. Pass a drug and alcohol screen & pre-employment functional assessment. Required to work out of normal business hours as well as work weekends as operationally required. Standard work hours are 38 hours per week.

Highly desirable to this role are: Knowledge of, or have worked in the aviation industry. Experience in an operations environment. Working within a team environment.
