We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Snr CA spearhead a $40m New Build Industrial Warehouse with an extensive civils package, just on the brink of commencement. They pride themselves for having a relaxed working environment and strong relationships across the industry. The role is paying up to $200,000 - $260,000 DOE.

To be considered for the Senior Project Manager, you must demonstrate the following: Experience in relevant industrial sector. Experience with projects of similar value. ($35- $100m). Experience with Jobpac and Aconex beneficial. Excellent communication & organisation skills. A tertiary qualification in construction management or similar. Australian experience is essential.
