About the Position: Lumia Care is looking for an experienced exercise physiologist who thrives on working within a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to upholding and promoting the organisation's core values. You will bring a strong passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service. Lumia Care has a number of roles across Greater Sydney, the Central Coast, and Newcastle. This role will require you to travel and attend to clients homes and shared homes within a community- and home-based setting. This position offers the opportunity to work across various locations, catering to a wide range of clientele, including DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, My Aged Care, and private health.

Responsibilities: conducting comprehensive assessments and designing tailored exercise programs to meet the unique needs of each client. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional standards. Providing guidance and support to clients throughout their rehabilitation and health and fitness journey. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Demonstrating professionalism and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions.

Essential Requirements: Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA Accreditation). Preferably, a minimum of 1 year experience in the field is required, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance Blue Card & Yellow Card. Reliable transport is needed as you will work across several locations.

Desired Skills: Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Personable & approachable manner. Knowledge of injury rehabilitation techniques. Proficiency in conducting health assessments and evidence-based exercise prescriptions for a wide variety of conditions. Familiarity with relevant clinical software for patient management.
