Responsibilities: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Plan and control budgets and expenditures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone calls and relay telephone calls and messages. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Answer electronic enquiries. Oversee the preparation of reports. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Perform data entry. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge. MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, and electronic mail.
