Job Description: The Operations Consultant will undergo a comprehensive training program for up to 9 months to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring quality standards and excellent customer service under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in a structured training program for a maximum of 9 months. Supervise multiple shops, stores, or restaurants with at least 50 employees under direct or indirect supervision. Maintain strong communication skills to effectively manage teams and operations. Ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance, compliance with health and safety standards, and high-quality food and guest experiences.
Qualifications: Current unit manager with experience in handling multiple outlets. QSR experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication, organizational, and management skills. High school diploma in business administration or a related field.
