Job Requirements: Engineering bachelor ‘s degree (preferred industrial or mechanical engineer) or equivalent. Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience. Supply chain-related courses or certificates is a plus (e.g. CPIM). ERP knowledge is a plus (e.g. SAP). Understand Supply Chain processes with special focus on Material Planning principles (MPR, Inventory Models). Utilize computer software to communicate, analyze, and document planning activities and develop KPI.

Reports utilizing Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills used in preparing presentations and interacting with both internal and external customers. Accurately interpret written and oral instructions and follow systematic instructions.

Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Interact effectively with all levels, including other JCI sites, Supply Chain Planning, and manufacturing personnel. Motivate, energize, and foster team activities and relationships. Ability to resolve conflict.
