Jump! Swim Schools North Strathfield is looking for a casual learn-to-swim instructor and site assistant who enjoys working with infants and young children. If you are seeking a rewarding and fulfilling role and want to work with a friendly team, come and join us at JUMP! North Strathfield. You don't have an AUSTSWIM qualification, but you are a good swimmer. We can help! by supporting you on the journey.

About you: We are a boutique facility that focuses on our customers' needs to provide a personal experience. 

We are looking for a swimming instructor and site assistant who: loves kids, has great customer service skills, is enthusiastic and child-focused uses a positive attitude to build relationships with children and their parents.

LEARN TO SWIM TEACHER: Essential. Qualified Swim Instructor — AUSTSWIM/Swim Australia or are keen to get qualified. Current CPR. Working with children: check. Follow lesson plans to run the learn-to-swim program.

Site Assistant:

As a Site assistant, you will be responsible for: Greeting children and parents. Enrollment of new customers and taking payments. Responding to phone and email enquiries. Other site duties required.

Requirements: An ability to work with children and parents. A friendly disposition and excellent interpersonal skills. Good organisational, interpersonal and computer skills. Great communicator, enjoys talking to people and establishing good rapport.
