The Position is available. The role has become available due to organic growth of the business. It is a very small Residential portfolio from their existing commercial clients that have requested their asset portfolio be consolidated under management with the one agency. There is opportunity to progress into commercial management if desired. Weekly training and mentoring sessions with a leading Property Management coach. You will be required to work autonomously and make the role your own.

The Candidate Requirements: 1-2 years experience in Real Estate (PM preferred). Customer service-focused outlook and approach to work. Ability to work unsupervised and within a team. Have great communication skills. Have a positive and can-do attitude. Ability to work well with people. Possess of a current Registration or Real Estate license, a valid Driver's license, and a reliable vehicle.
