We’re seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable client advisor to join our prestigious Pearl Jewelry team.

Position: Client Advisor. Location: Sydney. Type: Full-Time. Salary: $70,000 + superannuation + commission.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend the perfect pearl jewellery pieces. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our pearl collections, including the unique characteristics and care of each piece.

Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience for every client. Visual Merchandising: Assist with the presentation of our jewellery collections to enhance their appeal and attract clientele. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, following up on their purchases, and ensuring continued satisfaction.

Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales is highly desirable.

Knowledge: A strong understanding of pearls and fine jewellery is a plus.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with diverse clients.

Passion: a genuine passion for luxury products and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Flexibility: ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
