About Us: SEM Windows Pty Ltd is a well-known windows and façade company that is continuously experiencing significant growth and based in Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra. We are actively working with façade engineers and builders like Built, Crema, and Cobild.

About the Role: Estimator

We are currently looking for a Junior or Senior Estimator to join our friendly and exciting team in Dandenong South in a full-time capacity. You will be provided with trainings of SEM systems and relevant industry regulations.

The ideal candidates duties will include, though will not be limited to

Maintain existing business relationships with clients

Extract and interpret key data and information quickly and accurately from plans, specifications and documentation. Interact and communicate effectively as part of a team, with internal and external.

Provide clients with project estimates and quotations. Collect required information to quote on projects. Proactively communicate with subcontractors and materials suppliers request for pricing

Communicate with the offshore Quotation team. Review plans and window schedules for the purpose of estimating the project.

About You: Understanding of building plans and reading drawings is preferred but not essential. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to details: Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Can speak and read mandarin.
