Shift, Duty Manager. Star Theatre - Sun Cinema Launceston. Invermay, Launceston & North East TAS. Management (Hospitality & Tourism). Casual/Vacation. $30 – $36 per hour. The Star Theatre are looking for our next Shift/Duty Manager to lead and take the team to new heights! This role has flexibility in hours to suit a variety of candidates and would also be very friendly to parents and people wishing to return to the workforce.

Key Critieria: Lead and manage a small team. Great time management and organisational skills. Willingness to learn new skills. Can use initiative and follow clear processes and procedures. Great customer facing ability with a customer first approach at all times. Can engage well with a variety of people and our dedicated patrons. Can work shifts (Days/Nights/Weekends) to suit our business operations. Must be willing to complete the following RSA, First Aid Certificate, Food Safety Certificate and Police Check.
