This is a newly-created Investment Analyst role with a leading listed property group, offering an opportunity to join a tight-knit, high-quality commercial team with a track record for promoting from within. This highly-visible, business-facing role is entrenched in the operations and provides insights & decision support to the wider business, including valuations, development finance support, financial modelling, transaction support and financial analysis.

You will also have input around asset-level strategy, investment spend, supporting leasing deals and prep & review of investor presentations. You're an up-and-coming analyst with a relevant tertiary qualification, skilled in financial modeling, and prior experience in commercial property valuations, gained from either a REIT, Big 4 or agency-side. Not only are you technically strong but you're also commercially astute, with strong relationship management skills and an appetite to join a progressive team with a track record of promoting from within.
