Duty Manager, Australind Tavern. Australind, Bunbury & South West WA. Management (Hospitality & Tourism). Full time. $75,000 – $80,000 per year. Duty Manager $75k-80k. Australind Tavern is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic duty manager with the outlook to becoming manager.

The role will have accountability for the day-to-day operations and service standards; you will need to have previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and demonstrate your ability to lead a team from the front. With at least 2-year experience in a similar roll.

Key Responsibilities: Staff management (during shift, training and development). Ensure the patron journey is positive from start to finish. Marketing and promoting. Good industry knowledge, including food trends, service styles and beverages. Cocktail/Drinks list development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Stock management and POS. Cash handling and venue reporting.
