We are seeking a General English/ELICOS Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development and implementation of the General English & IELTS Preparation curriculum. Lead and mentor the team of General English & IELTS Preparation trainers and assessors. Coordinate scheduling, student enrolment, and course planning. Ensure compliance with RTO and CRICOS/ELICOS standards. Conduct quality assurance assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of a Certificate IV in TESOL or CELTA or any other recognized equivalent qualification(s). Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or any other related field (required); Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification (Either TAE40116 or TAE40521 or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching or coordinating English programs; Proven leadership skills with experience in staff management and coordination.

Knowledge of RTO and CRICOS/ELICOS requirements, including compliance and quality standards.
