Positions Available:

We are seeking expressions of interest from: Qualified Occupational Therapists (Casual or contract roles). Allied Health Assistants (Casual role).

Key Responsibilities: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions to improve clients' functional independence and quality of life Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary network of provider’s service to provide coordinated, client-centred care. Support clients to achieve their therapy goals through in-home therapy, coaching, resource development, education, and utilizing telehealth platforms as required. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress using our online client management platform. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our therapy programs and services. As we are a mobile service, please be aware that travelling will be involved.

ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT (NDIS) Assist with implementing therapy plans for NDIS clients as prescribed by the OT. Conduct supervised therapy sessions, offsite, onsite or via telehealth. Organise and manage therapy resources and spaces. Maintain accurate records of client progress notes. Participate in briefing and debriefing sessions with the OT. Act as a point of contact for clients and families, offering support as directed. This role will also involve travelling to clients' homes or in the community.

Essential Requirements: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST. Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration. Minimum 2 years experience as a community OT (NDIS, DVA, Medicare, HCP). Current National Police Check, CPR, WWCC, or willingness to obtain. Current Professional indemnity/liability insurance. Current ABN (for contract role), or willingness to obtain. Proficiency in using digital platforms and client management systems. Proficiency in managing and conducting telehealth consultations. Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills with a focus on client-centred practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the team.

Proficient and adaptable in working effectively autonomously and as part of a team. Adaptable and comfortable working with a range of clients in different environments. Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice. Drivers' licence and access to your own car

ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT Must have completed a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent (OT students welcome). Current National Police Check, CPR, WWCC, or willingness to obtain. Previous experience in an allied health, disability, or community health setting is advantageous. Familiarity with occupational therapy practices is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to follow therapy plans and instructions carefully. Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping clients improve their quality of life. Adaptable and comfortable working with a range of clients in different environments. Drivers' licence and access to your own car.

What we offer: Competitive rates (OTs: $95 - $145 ph Contract, from $46+ ph Casual, depending on experience). AHAs: from $32+ (casual, depending on experience). No KPIs for contract roles.
