Salary. Classification: RN/M1: Registered Nurse/Midwife LV 1: $74,831 to $102,103. Full-time OR part-time term contract (temporary up to 15 Dec 2025).

About the Opportunity: We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our surgical wards as a registered nurse, where you will be responsible for: Provide nursing services in health service settings, ensuring quality care for clients/patients and their families. Collaborate with other health professionals and partner with children, youth, families, and agencies for optimal health outcomes.

Provide education and information to clients and families. Offer support, direction, and education to students, nurses, and other health professionals.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have: registered or eligible for registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Effective communication skills include problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Knowledge and understanding of the role of the registered general nurse within a healthcare setting.
