We are a growing law firm looking to expand our family law team with an experienced family lawyer who is talented and motivated and is looking for an opportunity for growth both personally and professionally.

Position Title: Senior Family Lawyer. Location: Liverpool, NSW. Employment Type: Full Time.

About the Role: As a senior family lawyer at Circle Bridge Legal, you will be responsible for the carriage of family law matters. Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients in our family law team. Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals to develop tailored legal strategies. Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation within the Western Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities: Management of family law matters (both property and children). Represent clients in court proceedings, including appearing in interim hearings, directions, and dispute resolution conferences. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Preparing court documents. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Admission to practice law in New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. At least 3 years of experience in family law; however, more experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
