Front Desk Manager - Accommodation Services. Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Thunder Bay. Location: Thunder Bay, ON. Salary: 37.74 hourly / 40 hours per week. Full-time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages: English. Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Supervise staff. Perform front desk duties. Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities. Enforce policies and procedures. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Establish work schedules. Manage events.
