Alchemy is Hiring Instrument Supervisor. Salary: AED 12,000. Location: Abu Dhabi

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in instrumentation engineering with more than 8 years of experience in oil and gas projects.

Assist the Head and Senior Instrument Engineer in implementing project plans and schedules, supervise and coordinate the project execution in an efficient and effective manner, execute the project within the approved budgetary limits, and monitor the actual expenditure against budgets. In case of equipment/material requirement which are under the non-budgeted category, assist the Head to prepare additional budget proposal for approval., Provide effective leadership to building the Project team setting individual objectives, managing performance and motivating Staff in order to maximize departmental rformance. Follow relevant project procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner., Assist the development, implementation and regular review of policies, procedures and systems related “PI-PS Projects” to ensure consistent and systematic application of best practices and to improve operational performance.

Experience in calibration, installation, inspection, FAT, SAT, loop check, trip logic test, functional test, MC walkdown, RFC and PSSR start-up, and commissioning activities.
