Your responsibilities will include: Plan, implement, and manage projects aimed at improving business processes and student services, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities. Oversee the preparation, publication, and delivery of domestic student admissions information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies and regulations. Drive the domestic applicant Nurture program to enhance engagement, communication, and the overall experience of prospective students. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supervise staff delivering domestic admissions information, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Assist the Director in implementing student service initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure the successful execution of key student management projects.
We are looking for: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience, or a combination of significant management expertise and education/training within a complex organisation. Strong leadership and strategic direction skills, with the ability to manage and drive change in a dynamic environment. Proven project management experience, with a track record of delivering strategic business outcomes through effective resource management. Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and discretion whilst effectively solving problems within policy guidelines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build productive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience working in a tertiary education environment (desirable). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and is passionate about delivering impactful change.
