Project Manager, ICDS Recruitment. Location: Leixlip, Co. Kildare. Location type: at the office. Employment type: full-time. Job type: permanent. Salary: €100,000 - €120,000. Project Manager - North Kildare. €100-120k + package. Required for award-winning Tier-1 contractors who have an excellent reputation for large high-tech data centers, power, innovation, and technology projects in Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Reporting to the Contracts Manager/Project Director.

Key Requirements: Degree/higher diploma qualification in an engineering, construction management, or equivalent discipline. 5+ years of post-qualification experience with tier one contractors. Excellent working knowledge of the latest building regulation and certification standards.

Key responsibilities: Agreeing on project objectives in the areas of timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction. Responsible for the successful delivery of the project through leadership, management, technical, and engineering expertise throughout the lifecycle of the project. Monitoring the workflow of sub-contractors, ensuring guidelines are maintained. Monitor construction to ensure quality of workmanship and materials. Carrying out risk assessments. Work to resolve critical site issues. Coordinate project activities in accordance with the company quality system, standard quality procedures, and engineering specifications. Ensure the design team provides the required information on time. Agreeing to a program and delivering the project in accordance with it.

Chairing site meetings to include sub-contractor progress meetings and recording required minutes

Chairing internal and client meetings as required by the project lead/contracts manager and recording required minutes. Ensuring the project is running in accordance with the program and on budget. Completing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports as part of project development. Tracking schedule status and reporting accordingly. Tracking project controls and monitoring schedule and costs for the project.  Tracking change management on the project and reporting accordingly. Working with the Health and Safety Department, ensuring safe construction at all times.
