Merchant Support Coordinator
RevenueWire Inc. is a global, rapidly growing e-commerce business designed for digital merchants. Through our web-based platform, RevenueWire provides a range of services designed to help digital companies grow their business online. We are currently seeking a Merchant Support Coordinator to join our team.
The Support Coordinator is an integral part of the Business Development team. Your primary task will be to provide technical expertise to RevenueWire clients while contributing to the overall direction of services and features developed for customer use.
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Support Coordinator will also assist with research and evaluation of prospective merchants, and proactively work with existing merchants to optimize their product offers and online sales. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the e-commerce / technical online industry and be comfortable forging relationships with merchants around the world.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide timely and ongoing support and assistance to merchants
• Manage technical tickets and escalations from clients to the development team
• Support sales in customer discussions to assess customer needs / requests and solutions we can offer
• Performs problem analysis and understands customer complexity striving for long term success and satisfaction of our customers
• Enter and modify merchant and product data using our platform to meet client expectations
• Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing on newly uploaded products prior to going live with the RevenueWire product features and catalogue
• Proactively work with existing merchants to optimize product offers and online sales
• Track the status of merchants to generate regular reports
• Some travel may be required
• Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education (University or College) or equivalent preferred
• Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed at all tasks
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Mac applications
• Proven ability to achieve results in fast-paced, results oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to liaison and foster relationships with external clients and internal groups
• Strong problem solving skills and technical analytical ability
• Experience with various web-based technologies and e-marketing techniques an asset
• Math / Excel Background
• Experience with PHP, CSS, HTML
