Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the Finance Officer supports the Management Accountant in general finance, including assistance with reconciliations and management reporting. You will be responsible for processing daily accounts payable/accounts receivable transactions in an efficient and accurate manner within set deadlines and adhering to internal financial controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the finance system. Two temporary roles are available for accounts payable (full-time) and accounts receivable (part-time).

Duties include but are not limited to accounts payable/receivable across 3 entities. Managing 2 high-volume account mailboxes. Importing data from MYOB. Managing customer invoicing and payments. Supporting end of month, quarter, and year end. Support with organizational reporting. Assisting across finance/bookkeeping functions as part of a small team.

To be considered for these temporary assignments, you will be confident in business finance with solid MYOB experience. Well versed in the MS suite. Skilled in Advanced Excel - exported data in Excel (including pivot tables). Highly experienced in finance/bookkeeping (ideally in service industries). Readily available to commit to temporary full-time or part-time to 30 June 2025.
