About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our fun and friendly team at Econo Lodge Gateway Tamworth. As a guest service agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is pleasant and memorable.

This is a casual position.

What you will be doing

Greeting and checking in/out guests in a timely and courteous manner

Responding to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone

Assisting with luggage and providing concierge services as needed

Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records

Resolving guest issues and concerns in a professional manner

Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area

Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience

What we are looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role

Effective communication and people skills

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Proficient in using hotel management software and technology.

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
