We have an exciting opportunity for a radiographer to be part of our clinic in Mulgrave. As a member of the team, you will be supported to grow your skill set in a well-resourced environment.

While the role is full-time, we are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate

Vision Radiology is an independent, comprehensive diagnostic imaging provider owned and operated by a team of subspecialized radiologists across multiple clinics in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. At Vision Radiology, we offer our radiographers a work environment that is dynamic, engaging, and varied, with an emphasis on patient care and attention to detail. Vision Radiology Mulgrave's state-of-the-art facility offers comprehensive diagnostic imaging services, including general x-ray, ultrasound, CT/cardiac CT, and DEXA, with a strong emphasis on quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.

Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

Adhere to regulatory standards and safety protocols, including AHPRA registration and VIC radiation license.

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with patients, colleagues, and referring clinicians.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing quality improvement and professional growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in medical imaging or equivalent qualification.

AHPRA Registration

VIC Radiation License.

Proven experience in radiography, particularly in general X-ray and CT imaging.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Dedication to continuous quality improvement and professional development.
