About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Property, you’ll manage the delivery of major building and services projects across existing office buildings, ensuring all works are completed safely, on budget, on time, and to high-quality standards. This includes managing stakeholders, overseeing design and construction, and ensuring compliance with OHS and contractual obligations. This is about breathing new life into existing assets and enhancing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
Engage with and manage key stakeholders, tenants, and internal teams
Oversee design and planning phases in collaboration with consultants and architects
Lead procurement, contractor engagement, and tendering processes
Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring alignment to project briefs and programs
Conduct regular reporting and attend PCG meetings
Ensure compliance with all OHS procedures and relevant legislation
Deliver project outcomes that meet high standards for quality and tenant satisfaction
What You’ll Need
5-10 years’ experience in commercial office capital works and building services project management
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, or Engineering
Strong knowledge of building systems, structures, and capital works
Proven financial acumen—budget forecasting, cost management, variations
Familiarity with tools such as Yardi, Cheops, and Procore is a plus
Comfortable managing live sites with active tenants
Willingness to travel interstate for project delivery
