Diverse Tasks, Exciting Challenges:

As a Workshop Administrator (Service Dept), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Kewdale office runs seamlessly. From coordinating mechanical servicing & repairs, to invoicing jobs and supporting customers with requests your expertise will contribute to our commitment to providing quality service and support.

About the Role:

As our Bookkeeper/ Administrative support, you’ll be an integral part of the team, responsible for the seamless daily operations of our Crane Hire & Admin. Not only will you coordinate crane schedules, handle service documentation, manage customer inquiries, and support our service team, but you’ll also have the chance to take charge of your own projects. You’ll be empowered to lead initiatives that make a real impact, adding value to the department and company.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure accurate data entry.

Process accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

Support quarterly BAS preparation.

Assist with payroll processing

Take ownership of recurring billing.

Support invoicing for the service team and contribute to the implementation of plans, brand strategies, and pipeline development—leading projects and taking the initiative where you see potential.

Customer Support

Handle customer enquiries, providing proactive and timely resolutions.

Assist with debt recovery from creditors.

Administrative and Team Support

Organize and maintain digital filing systems, assist with crane sales, and help prepare financial documents like invoices and purchase orders.

Manage daily bookings and support the Business Development Officer with tenders, new business development, and recruitment onboarding.

Provide Admin support when Bookkeeping tasks are light or caught up.

Lead ad hoc projects, whether supporting new marketing initiatives or developing internal workflows, with full ownership to bring ideas to life.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email), with MYOB, scheduling, and ServiceM8 experience a plus.

Strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to take ownership of projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and high attention to detail.

Certification in bookkeeping or accounting.

2+ years of administrative experience .
