Senior Director of Business Development
We are currently seeking a seasoned start up veteran with proven experience in go to market strategy, sales and business development. This person will be leading our sales and business development initiatives. Taking our ground breaking product and developing the strategy and plans to execute a large scale roll out. This person will also be involved in hiring decisions and building out the sales team and would work (and sell) alongside the founders.
Turnstyle is a plug-and-play customer relationship and engagement platform for brick and mortar retailers. Our user-friendly solutions help retailers attract, reward, and retain customers.
Turnstyle has now grown to a robust technology business in over 1,100 locations worldwide with features in almost every major press outlet including Wall Street Journal and Fox News. We have just secured our next round of funding and are cooking up some serious momentum as one of the pioneers in the Location Based world.

We want you if
    You have 7+ years of experience in the start up world
    You have proven significant growth at companies in the past
    You live (or are willing to live) in downtown Toronto
    You are willing to give your left testicle (or ovary)
    You have a solid understanding of market segmentation
    You have a firm grasp on messaging, and can help us properly communicate product messaging
    You have the business development know how to provide us with the capacity to service all of our new business
    You have a firm understanding of the Location Based Marketing and Analytics world
    You’re scrappy
    You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get down to a serious amount of work
