Media Production Specialist (Photographer)

Job Summary: The media production specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and delivering high-quality multimedia content across various platforms to support the organization's branding, marketing, and communication goals. This includes video production, photography, audio recording, and editing.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and events. Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to develop creative content strategies. Manage and maintain production equipment, including cameras, lights, microphones, and editing software. Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Archive and catalog all media content for easy retrieval and reuse.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in media production, film, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in multimedia production, including videography and editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.). Knowledge of studio and field production techniques. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred: Familiarity with social media content formats and trends. Photography skills and knowledge of photo editing tools.
