About the Job: Join TMB as a Portfolio Lead in our dynamic Transformation Team! This exciting role reports directly to the Head of Transformation and is based at our Homebush Office. You'll be at the heart of our transformation journey, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects and programs to drive strategic change across the organization. This role offers the perfect opportunity to leverage your strategic mindset and portfolio management expertise in a forward-thinking financial institution committed to delivering exceptional member value.
Responsibilities: Ensure all portfolio initiatives align with TMB's strategic objectives, collaborating with 'product' to create and maintain effective roadmaps and quarterly plans.
Evaluate and prioritize projects that best contribute to organizational goals and lead portfolio input to quarterly planning.
Allocate human and financial resources efficiently across the portfolio to maximize ROI.
Track performance of initiatives, identify risks, and report progress to stakeholders, including the sponsor and portfolio investment committee.
Implement comprehensive RAID management at the portfolio level, including dependency management.
Work with change and communications teams to effectively convey the portfolio vision, roadmap, successes, and learnings.
Evaluate and enhance portfolio management processes, contribute to Communities of Practice, and foster an improvement culture.
Manage portfolio team resources (internal and external) effectively while mentoring and developing staff.
Analyze the financial performance of initiatives and manage the portfolio's annual financial allocation to meet OKRs.
Maintain compliance with TMB's Portfolio and Delivery Standard, producing required documentation and artifacts.

Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience managing project portfolios or programs
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Completion of a related undergraduate degree, preferably with a business and/or technical background.
Qualifications within Portfolio, Program, or Project Management domain
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence at all levels.
Demonstrated team leadership capability.
Proficiency with core toolset: MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and PPM Tools.
Deep understanding and experience with Agile practices.
Sound understanding of the retail banking industry and vendor management experience.
