A young person who’s been closed off suddenly cracks a joke at dinner.

You laugh — not just because it’s funny, but because it means something’s shifted.

They feel a little safer. A little more seen.

That moment doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens because of the way you show up — with empathy, humor, patience, and belief.

We’re looking for therapeutic house supervisors and senior workers who lead with heart, stay steady in tough moments, and bring out the best in young people — even when they’re struggling to see it in themselves.

If you’re passionate about making a difference and ready to guide practice in a supportive, trauma-informed home environment, this could be the role that changes lives. Including yours!
