Salary range: $4651.70 to $4982.80 p.f. (Classification)

4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity

This position will support the manager of employee relations in delivering services to a large and complex hospital and health service, including the management of significant, high-risk, and/or complex industrial relations and employee relations matters.

Requirements:

Whilst not mandatory, possession of a tertiary qualification in industrial relations or human resource management would be highly desirable.

Sound knowledge of industrial and employee relations theory, principles, policies, and practices within a large, complex workforce environment will be highly regarded.

Highly desirable: Previous experience in delivering a similar role using influencing skills to deliver business results or efficiencies within industrial constraints.

Driver's License: This position requires the incumbent to operate a Class C motor vehicle, and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.

This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
