This senior manager role presents as an exciting and fulfilling opportunity with a highly respected and well-networked chartered accounting firm in Sydney.

The corporate finance practice group is undergoing strong growth through delivery of high-quality engagements, referrals from its broad and lucrative network, and proactive partners. As a result, the team is looking to expand.

Within this area, the ability to provide clients with "commercially sound business advice" and "interpret and articulate complex financial models" is critical in providing superior service to clients.

The team is well structured, offering staff the opportunity to be involved in broad corporate finance activities: valuation of businesses, shares, intangible assets, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, transaction support, preparation of independent expert reports, capital raising (including preparation of investigating accountant reports), modeling, and buy- and sell-side advisory.

You will have excellent analytical skills within corporate finance, gained within a chartered or corporate advisory firm. You maybe CA, hold a master's in applied finance, and/or be studying for the CFA.

With strong communication skills (written and oral), you will be pragmatic, a team player, and comfortable and adaptable with advising clients on complex matters.
