Chef—H and C Urban Winery, Fremantle

H and C Urban Winery is seeking CDPs and senior CDPs/junior sous chefs ready to step up. We're a unique venue in that we are an operating winery in Fremantle.

Opened since March 2024, we operate seven days a week, serving both lunch and dinner in a dynamic, wine-focused environment.

The Role

We're looking for a culinary professional who can:

Lead by example and inspire kitchen teams

Create innovative dishes that complement our wine offerings

Maintain high standards of quality and consistency

Contribute to menu development with a focus on wine pairing

Embrace our commitment to house-made products and local ingredients

Keep up and thrive in a high paced environment

Our Kitchen Philosophy

Requirements

Experience as a CDP

Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Passion for wine and food pairing
