Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience 1 year to less than 2 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Coordinate subcontractor’s activities. Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Plan and manage budgets. Prepare reports.
