Your Role

As our BDM, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong referral networks, and driving sustainable growth. This is more than just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our NDIS client base

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings leading to client satisfaction and meeting service level agreements

Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS participants, their families, with referrers, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and community organizations.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through conducting comprehensive market analysis and designing and implementing innovative sales strategies leading to revenue generation

Staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and developments within the NDIS sector to inform strategic decision-making

Developing and executing strategic business plans to expand our presence within the NDIS sector

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client onboarding and satisfaction

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in business development, ideally in the NDIS or healthcare sector

A deep understanding of the NDIS and its service delivery environment

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Strategic mindset with a hands-on, “get it done” approach

Passion for making a genuine difference in people’s lives

Current Driver’s License and ability to travel as needed
