$80+ per Hour + Super + Weekly Pay

Due to a ramp-up from one of our key clients, Fetch is seeking an experienced trainer/assessor to support a fast-growing owner-operator mining company in the Goldfields.

What's on Offer:

2/1 Roster—Days + Nights

$80+ Per Hour + Super

Implement and support safety and performance strategy and KPIs.

VOC, OHS, and mentoring of staff on-site, including experienced and new-to-industry operators

Long-term ongoing role  with permanency on offer after 3 months

Facilitate inductions and deliver high-quality safety and on-the-job training

Manage and update training records and documentation

Support OHS function of the business

D10 Dozers

777,785 Dump Trucks

980, 988 Loaders

16M Graders

PC1250 Excavators

Experience Required:

Cert IV in Training & Assessment

Ideally 5+ years in a similar role (production experience essential)

Extensive operational experience in the mining industry

A strong understanding of OHS legislation and standards

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen

Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn

Must be able to complete online inductions

Will need 2 recent contactable references

Must be able to commence ASAP
