Location: Scarborough, ON

Salary: 19.00 to 22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 25 to 30 hours per week

Part-time leading to full-time

09:00 to 16:00

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases

Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically

Prepare invoices and bank deposits

Provide general information to clients and the public

Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing

Label, file, and retrieve documents

Locate and remove files requested

Organize and schedule office work
