The Organization:

As the business development manager for a leading national commercial cleaning company, you'll be the all-rounder who can seamlessly switch between building strong client relationships, spotting new business opportunities, and carefully analyzing the numbers to ensure profitable results.
Your Responsibilities:
Leverage your sales expertise to cultivate and nurture client relationships and drive new business opportunities in NSW.
Initiate the business development strategy around growth and conduct market and competitor analysis to shape direction.
Develop and win business opportunities across various commercial, retail, health, transport, and education sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine estimates and create compelling proposals.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project scope with clients alongside the Head of Business Development.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in estimating and business development.
Your Skillsets/Attributes:

Proven track record in sales, business development, and estimating, with a deep understanding of the commercial cleaning or property services industry.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as marketing or business.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations and bid production, to deliver exceptional results
Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to analyse commercial data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset, ready to tackle challenges and seize new opportunities
