About the role

Dellwood Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacist in Charge to join our dynamic team in South Granville, NSW. As the Pharmacist In Charge, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care and the efficient management of our pharmacy services.

What we Require

Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staff supervision, workflow optimisation, and maintaining regulatory compliance

Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, ensuring their medication needs are met effectively and safely

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimise medication management

Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety

Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies, procedures, and training programs

Actively participate in continuing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

What we Expect

Fully registered Pharmacist with a current Australian Pharmacy Board registration

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist, with proven leadership and management skills

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, regulations, and ethical standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients and other healthcare professionals

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care

Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and technology

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
