We are a well-established Italian restaurant located in the heart of Margaret River. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate head chef to lead our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who takes pride in traditional Italian cooking and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Deep knowledge of traditional Italian recipes and cooking techniques
Confidence in working with a charcoal grill and wood-fired oven
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure
Excellent organisational skills for ordering, stock control, and kitchen operations
A proactive, hands-on approach and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
What We Offer:
Full-time position with a secure employment contract
Evening shifts, 5 days per week
