Your New Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment for both permanent and on-hired roles. With the support of our experienced team and managing director, you'll continue to grow an established desk while building new quality client relationships across engineering and manufacturing.

You'll also benefit from done-for-you, tailored marketing and branding campaigns that boost your visibility and position you as a trusted expert in your niche.

You will

Manage full-cycle recruitment, from briefing to placement

Manage key client accounts

Use your industry knowledge to develop new business

Build and expand your candidate network offering consultative support

Attend client meetings and industry events across Sydney

Provide exceptional customer service for both clients and candidates

Your Background

A proven track record as a high-performing Recruitment Consultant

Strong communication and networking skills

Industry knowledge in Engineering or Manufacturing (desirable)

Confidence in managing client relationships and securing new business

A detail-oriented, quality-first approach

A current driver's license
