AUD 13 to 14 per day 3-month contract (Contract to 31 December with possible extension)—immediate start required

In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for a program director to lead the closing stages of a significant SAP replatforming program. This role is focused on ensuring delivery outcomes, strengthening governance, and embedding sustainable solutions as the program transitions into its final phase.

What youll be doing

Steering program delivery through its final stages with a clear focus on outcomes

Directing multidisciplinary teams and stream leads to achieve successful completion

Managing governance, risk, and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with standards

Engaging diverse stakeholders to support adoption and organisational integration

Advising senior executives and steering committees through clear insights and updates

Embedding accountability and continuous improvement practices across the program team

What you need to bring

Experience delivering large-scale ICT transformation programs within complex environments

Demonstrated history leading SAP or enterprise system initiatives through to completion

Proven background finalising budgets, reporting, and program documentation for approval

Strong capability applying governance, risk, and program management frameworks

Solid record influencing senior stakeholders and managing vendor partnerships effectively

Bonus points for…

Experience delivering SAP Rise or S/4HANA implementations in enterprise settings

Demonstrated success operating within federated or government business models

Proven ability to providing closure advice on large enterprise technology initiatives
