Are you a passionate and highly skilled clinician eager to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a dedicated Facility Care Manager to lead our dynamic 62 bed aged care facility in beautiful Bunbury, WA.

As Facility Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical care standards and ensuring accreditation compliance. You’ll lead by example, inspire excellence, and provide mentorship to all care delivery staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and team members.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive clinical experience within aged care settings

Proven track record with accreditation processes relevant to aged care

Thorough knowledge of Leecare or similar clinical software package

Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities

Commitment to quality care and continuous improvement

Ability to foster teamwork and guide staff development
