Prince of Wales Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Ward 5 East Coronary Care Unit. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care is provided.

As a Registered Nurse - CCU, your responsibilities will include: Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care. Provide complex and multi-disciplinary care. Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs. Act as a role model for Safe Practice. Supervise, direct and support nursing team members. Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs. Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care

Essential Criteria: Authority to Work in Australia. Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent. Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA. At least 2 years' experience as Registered Nurse in an acute ICU, HDU or CCU settings. Post Graduate Certificate in ICU/CCU (or working towards_ is desirable. Clinical experience in an ICU/CCU environment. Compliance with ACQSHC National standards. Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement. Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team. Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused.

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Health scope and NSWNMA/ANMF - NSW Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement, a salary ranging from 39.09 to 54.89 per hour
