Dragon Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Property Manager to join our industry leading team in managing our growing residential book. Our firm has earned an award-winning reputation for excellence in property services, with a strong focus on the Chinese market based in the heart of Haymarket.

What you'll bring
Professional fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
Previous experience in Residential Property Management or a similar field is preferred
A current driver’s license and your own vehicle is preferred to car parking and petrol allowance will be provided by the company
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to we value honesty, politeness and confidence
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to think effectively on your feet
Importantly, a positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
What you'll do
Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including advertising, leasing, tenant management, property inspections, and coordinating maintenance and repairs
Proactively communicate with tenants, landlords and other parties to provide high-quality, solution-focused care
Maintain accurate accounting records and property documentation, including reconciling rent records and processing bills and invoices
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the property management team
