Region: Riyadh (Riyadh)

Urgent Hiring: Head Chef to to join our team in a luxury restaurant in Riyadh (Local Recruitment Only)

Salary: Up to 8,000 SAR to 10,000 SAR (Final amount to be discussed during the interview)

Duty Hours: 8 hours + 1-hour break (Total 9 hours)

Weekly Day-Off: 1 day

Key Responsibilities: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef, with international cuisine experienced, with strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and international cuisines. Skilled in leading daily kitchen operations, supervising and training staff, menu planning, cost control, and ensuring high-quality cooking and presentation standards. Adept at inventory management, coordinating with the FandB team, maintaining kitchen equipment, and integrating innovative culinary trends.
